1. To maintain the beauty of natural marble products, please don’t use bleach, acid cleaners, sharp objects or abrasives that can damage the polish and surface. 2. Clean it thoroughly using a soft, damp cloth and dry it to prevent marks, stains and damage. Always wipe spills immediately. 3. Marble polish and surface can be damaged by common toiletries such as citrus, vinegar, and other acidic or abrasive products (even sealed pieces). Avoid placing such items directly on the marble surface.

Are all pieces identical?

No, each product is made from 100% natural marble stone and hand-carved. As a result, each piece may vary slightly in size, color, and texture. These variations are natural and add uniqueness to each piece, making every piece one-of-a-kind.

Are dyes used on the marble?

No. Our marble products are 100% natural & eco-friendly - we never use dyes or paints on the marble.

What about visible lines on the marble? is this glue or adhesive?

Any lines you see are natural veining. Marble cannot be bonded with adhesive, so these markings are part of the stone’s natural beauty.

How are the measurements of a product taken?

Since every item is hand carved and hand polished using traditional tools, slight size and shape variations may occur, which adds character to each piece. The size and diameter are measured from the outer edges of the crafted item.
