Our policy does not cover theft after delivery or invalid/undeliverable addresses as defined by the carrier. ~All of our products are designed & printed by hand upon order in the USA. Each order is custom made just for you. We don't sell used or returned products & we are unable to accept a return, exchange or cancellation for this reason.

What a great bag! Colors and print are clear and bright. Shipped very quickly and item is a great quality at a great price...lots of greats here, lol. Purchased for my mahjong set, holds the matching zipper bag (the large one) which hold the tiles, the racks & mat. Makes it easy to take set to friend's to play mahjong.
