How do you curate your items?

I'm a one-woman vintage shop with a genuine love for finding pieces that deserve a second chapter. Every item I list is true vintage — at least 20 years old per Etsy's policy — and many are antique (100+ years). Some are new old stock: never used, but aged in storage. I source from estate sales, auctions, antique shops, and vintage shop closures. One of my favorite finds came from the estate of a former glass store owner — an absolute treasure trove. Each piece is hand-selected, carefully inspected, and researched so the listing is as accurate as possible. Vintage items carry signs of age — that's not a flaw, it's the story.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. As a small independent seller of vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, I'm not able to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations — many items are fragile and irreplaceable. That said, I'm always happy to answer questions before you buy. Please read descriptions carefully, review all photos, and check measurements. If a rare issue arises after purchase, reach out — I'll do my best to help on a case-by-case basis. Any approved return requires the item back in original condition; return shipping and insurance are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your policy on combined shipping?

Yes — when it makes sense! I'm always happy to combine orders to save on shipping where I can. That said, many of my pieces are fragile (glass especially), and safe packaging sometimes means separate boxes. Combined shipping is easier for smaller or sturdier items. If you're purchasing multiple pieces, send me a message before checkout and I'll let you know what's possible. Final shipping cost reflects the actual combined weight and dimensions — no markups.

How do you ensure item accuracy and condition?

I research every piece I list. If I can confirm the maker, it's in the title. When I can't, I describe it as being in the "style of" a known maker rather than guess. Condition notes are as thorough as I can make them. Glass items may have air bubbles, seam lines, or minor imperfections from the original manufacturing process — that's normal for vintage glass. Used pieces may show light surface wear. I note anything beyond standard age-related wear, though not every flaw photographs easily. When in doubt, just ask — I'm happy to take additional photos.

Which photo shows the actual item for sale?

The standalone product photos always show the actual item you're buying. Any image with a styled background or a person modeling it is a mockup — included to help you visualize scale or how it might look when worn or displayed. If you'd like a closer look or a photo in natural light without the studio background, just message me. I'm happy to send one before you purchase. Seeing it clearly matters more to me than a pretty photo.

What’s the quality of your vintage jewelry? (Sterling silver, costume, gold-filled, etc.)

My jewelry includes sterling silver (925), gold-filled, and costume pieces — all sourced from estate sales, antique shops, and private collections. These are previously worn pieces and may show light wear or patina, which is part of their vintage character. Patina can usually be gently polished if you prefer a brighter finish. If you have metal sensitivities, clip-on earrings may be more comfortable than post or snap-bar closures. Have questions about a specific piece? What’s the quality of your vintage toys and books?

Every toy and book I sell is a genuine vintage find — not a reproduction. Toys are lightly surface-cleaned before listing and may show gentle wear consistent with their age. Many still have original tags or packaging, which adds to their collector value. Books have typically been well-loved — you may find handwritten names, a worn spine, or a crayon mark from decades ago. Those details aren't flaws; they're proof of a life well-read. If you love pieces with character and a story behind them, you're in the right shop.

Do you accept reservations?

I'm happy to place a short 24-hour hold on an item when requested. Just send me a message! A quick note on how this works: Etsy doesn't have a true reserve feature, so items remain visible in the shop during a hold. Sales are completed on a first-to-checkout basis, and I'm not able to cancel an order already placed by another buyer. If something you loved sells before you get back to it, let me know — I'll keep an eye out for something similar and reach out when I find it.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes! I ship worldwide. I usually use USPS + Asendia, Etsy's international shipping partner. Carrier may also vary depending on the weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 2–6 weeks depending on your country, customs processing, and local carriers. Tracking is provided, though updates may pause mid-transit — that's normal. If your package seems delayed, checking with your local post office or customs office is the best first step. Please note: import duties, taxes, or carrier fees imposed by your country are the buyer's responsibility. For time-sensitive orders, feel free to message me about express options before purchasing.
