Are the patterns beginner-friendly?

While InnovationsByKMB focuses on high-end, "luxe" results, our patterns are written with clarity in mind. Most designs include detailed stitch guides and high-resolution photo tutorials. Each listing specifies the skill level required (Beginner, Easy, or Intermediate).

What format will I receive?

All patterns are provided as instant-download PDF files. They are optimized for both digital viewing on tablets and high-quality printing (300 DPI) for those who prefer a physical copy.

Can I sell the items I make from these patterns?

Absolutely. We support independent makers! You are welcome to sell finished items from our designs in your own Etsy shop or at local craft fairs. A mention of InnovationsByKMB in your product description is always appreciated

Do you offer pattern support?

Yes. If you have a question about a specific stitch or a step in the pattern, please reach out via Etsy Messages. We strive to respond to all technical inquiries within 24–48 hours.

Are the storage bins and baskets sturdy?

Our "Innovation" series for home storage (like the Ombre Pink Set) is designed with specific stitch techniques to ensure the sides remain upright and functional. We recommend specific yarn weights and hook sizes within the pattern to achieve that professional, boutique-store finish.

Innovations By KMB is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.
