Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every product in our shop is 100% handmade in our workshop. From cutting and edge finishing to stitching and the final details, every step is completed entirely by hand. We do not use sewing machines or industrial production equipment, ensuring each piece is truly handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because every item is made by hand, each one is unique, and slight variations are a natural part of the handmade process, adding to the character of every piece.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with hot stamping at no extra cost. You can add up to 10 characters, within the limits specified for each product. Simply check the customization option and enter your desired text in the personalization box on the product page before placing your order. If you'd like additional customization—such as different dimensions, design modifications, or other special requests—just send me a message before or after placing your order. I'll do my best to accommodate your ideas and create a piece that's exactly what you're looking for.

How long does production take?

Under normal circumstances, your order will be handcrafted within 1–4 business days, depending on our current workload. During seasonal busy periods or for larger quantity orders, production may take a little longer. If you have a deadline or need your order by a specific date, please feel free to contact me before placing your order, and I'll do my best to help.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I'd be happy to discuss custom sizes, designs, or personalization. Feel free to send us a message before ordering.

Will the leather change over time?

Yes. Leather is a natural material that develops character with use. Over time, it will soften and develop a beautiful patina, making your item even more unique. Depending on the type of leather used, you may also notice subtle changes in color, texture, or surface markings as it ages. These natural characteristics are part of what makes handcrafted leather goods so special. Please refer to each product description for the specific leather type used.

How should I care for my leather item?

Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. If needed, clean with a soft dry cloth and occasionally apply a quality leather conditioner to keep the leather looking its best.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at the time of purchase. This applies to standard orders; larger quantity orders may require additional production and shipping time. For extra peace of mind, if your standard order has not been delivered within 21 days of the order date, I will remake and resend it at no additional cost, no matter where you are in the world. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact me—I'll always do my best to help.
