Custom and personalized orders

CUSTOM orders: Yes, any item seen can be customized to your preferences - this includes color schemes, fonts, and patterns. Please message me for a custom listing if the listing is different than you are requesting. In some cases, there may be an additional customization fee, but will be discussed prior to placing order. Personalization: If information is missing from your order, I will contact you via Etsy message, this includes name, color, size, etc. Please respond within 48 hours or I will reserve the right to make choices for color, fabrics, and fonts. If name, size, or number for birthdays are missing, your order will be cancelled if no response is sent. There are no refunds or exchanges on personalized items.

Embroidery: Sizing details are posted in each listing. If you have any questions please contact me prior to ordering. Most items for embroidery are 100% cotton. If it is an in between size, I recommend to size up for comfort. Based on stock availability I may need to substitute brands - if you are particular on a certain brand, please contact me prior so that I can confirm the brand/size. Printing: Most colors are 100% soft blended cotton. Some colors are a Cotton/poly mix - each listing will specify material. Please keep this in mind when ordering. All sizes are unisex fit, and most customers find they fit TTS. Please use the size chart if in doubt as fits vary on everyone.

Embroidered and Applique items should always be washed on delicate cycle, cold, inside out, line dried, and NO fabric softener. You may iron with a warm iron inside out, to keep from burning satin thread. Printed items: Items are printed via direct to garment. You may wash on cold, inside out, NO fabric softner, standard wash cycle, and dried on delicate. You may iron inside out - please refrain from ironing on ink for best results.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available. Gifts will be nicely wrapped in tissue and tied with tulle or ribbon. You may also include a special note. If you have any other requests, please include information in the "Note To Seller" at checkout.
