Our items are all made to order specifically for you! Once we receive the order, customers have 3 hours to change or cancel an item. All clothing items should be washed cold INSIDE OUT and on a DELICATE washing cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron. This is to protect the quality of the design on your shirt or sweatshirt! Failure to follow these instructions could result (although very rare) in the design on your item to flake off. These instructions are posted on every listing photo, listing description, and in my FAQ. Presley And Cash Shop is NOT responsible for customer's failure to follow these instructions. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given because of this.

My item says delivered but I never received it?

In order to solve this problem appropriately, first a case needs to be opened with the USPS. You can do so at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm Once I drop the package off at the post office, it has left my hands. I am happy to help you resolve this matter, but as a small shop, please understand that I cannot refund any order without proof from the USPS that it is lost. We require that customers contact us within 7 business days of the item being marked as delivered.

Can I purchase your design as an SVG, PNG, etc?

No. All designs are created by our owner and are covered legally through common-law copyright. We do not authorize the illegal reproduction or reselling of our artwork on any platform. We pride ourselves on our original and unique designs, and will not tolerate them being reproduced or stolen. Any attempts of doing so, for personal or commercial use, will be met with a cease and desist letter or further legal action. **This does not include custom bachelorette PNG's**

Design Proofs (Edited May 2026)

PLEASE do not ask for a design proof in the personalization notes! Design proofs have been delaying orders by 4+ business days. We are in our busiest season and are NO LONGER sending proofs to get our orders out as quickly as possible! If you'd still like a design mockup, please message me *after* placing your order so we can manually adjust the ship-time as needed! Thank you!

Customers are responsible for adding the correct address to their order. After 5 hours, the address can not be changed. Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to the customer's error will be shipped back to our printing team in New York. Once we receive the item back to us, it can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Original shipping and item costs will not be refunded.

As a small business, we strive to ship your items within or before Etsy's estimated timeframe. If you need your order for a specific event, we strongly recommend placing it at least TWO weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. While we do our best to prepare and ship orders promptly, please note that once an item leaves our hands, delivery is managed by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Unfortunately, we can’t control potential delays that may occur during transit, so we’re unable to ever guarantee an exact arrival date. We’re proud that 99% of our orders arrive as expected, but we kindly ask for your understanding as unforeseen delays can occasionally happen. Bachelorette Party FAQ

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on any items in our store if a large party is canceled. All of our large orders are specifically made for the party ordering. We hate to hear that the party or trip is no longer happening, but our small business cannot accept returns or exchanges of this size. *SHIPPING TO HOTELS AND AIRBNB'S* ⬇️❗️ -Before shipping to a hotel or AirBnb, PLEASE make sure you have the owner's permission! Some states do not allow packages to be delivered unless properly addressed to the OWNER of the house. -It is up to the customer to make sure the package is properly addressed on the Etsy order. If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we can reship it out to you at the customers expense.

As a small shop, please ensure all details in the personalization box are accurate, including spellings, dates, and names. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided. If you do not specify a design color, we will message you on Etsy. Without a response in 48 hours, your order may be canceled or proceed with default colors. For unclear personalization requests, we will attempt contact. If we don’t receive a reply, your order will be canceled. Please note that replacements are not provided for errors in personalization. Customers must enter details correctly and repurchase if needed.

Receiving A Damaged Item/Incorrect Item

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly help the best we can to get you a replacement or a refund, but we must be contacted within (1) week of delivery at the latest. As a small business, we try our best to check everything before it leaves our warehouse, but mistakes can happen! We are always available via Etsy messages.
