You also can customize the gemstone of your ring, such as: Moss Agate, Emerald, Aquamarine, Black Rutilated Quartz, Blue Sandstone, Moonstone, Alexandrite, Opal, Moissanite, Sapphire, Ruby, Morganite, Garnet, Peridot, and so on.
You can customize the style of your ring too. Please contact us and tell us the style of the ring you want to make, and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
✨️Packaging
All jewelry packaging comes in a regular box. If you need a gift box, please contact us. We also offer box customization services, including the ability to customize text and more.
✨️Shipment
The production time is 13-15 days and the shipping takes 4 - 5 working days. If you need to receive your order on a specific date, please contact us and let us know the time you need to receive the jewelry. All expedited orders require an expedited fee to enjoy the fast service. I can complete the production within 7 - 10 days and ship it within 4 - 5 days, or you can contact me directly and inform me of the deadline.
Additionally, each country has different customs policies and rates. You can do a search before your purchase.
✨️Returns and Refunds
If you need to return an item, please contact us first. We offer a 14-day no-reason return and exchange service for all purchased items (customized items, discounted items, and items purchased through installment payments excluded). You can return the item within 14 days after receiving it.
The item must be in an unused (original) condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that we consider to be damaged, modified, or used.
We will refund your payment within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the returned item. Shipping fees, labor fees, and expedited order fees will be deducted from the original payment. For expensive items with special designs, we usually charge an additional design fee.
More than 24 hours and not due to product issues, if you cancel the order, a 10% handling fee will be charged. Please make your decision before placing the order!
