When you are ordering a certificate with gold foiling, smooth cardstock is lined with foil and then pressed with heat. Tiny black specks may occasionally appear due to the handmade nature of this process.

✦ Processing Time:
Waiting times may vary, but we spend a minimum of 3 business days on every order. Each certificate goes through at least three separate checks to ensure accuracy and quality.
If we detect any printing error or defect, we will reproduce your order from scratch at no extra cost.

✦ Communication:
We believe this is a shared process. You will be kept informed throughout, and we are always happy to communicate, answer questions, and share updates.

✦ Proofs, Changes & Approval
A digital draft preview is provided to confirm details before printing. A photo of the finished certificate is often shared after printing for your peace of mind. Up to two rounds of changes are included at no additional cost. Further changes will incur an additional fee. If we do not receive feedback before printing, the order will be considered final. Any changes requested after this stage will require a new order.

✦ Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include clear photos. We will send a replacement. We will replace items damaged from shipping upon being contacted within 3 days of its delivery.

✦ Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns
If you need to cancel, please notify us within 1 hour of purchase, as production begins immediately after an order is placed. After this window, a 50% cancellation fee applies due to work already completed.
