My piece showed up damaged or wrong. Now what?

Message us WITHIN SEVEN DAYS of delivery with: ✦ Your order number ✦ A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item ✦ A quick description of what's off Once we've got that, we'll sort out a fix, whether that's a replacement, a refund, or another route.

Why does my piece look a little different from the photo?

Two reasons, both worth knowing: ✦ MONITOR VARIATION ✦ Every screen throws color a little differently. Our photos are calibrated tight, but saturation and warmth can shift depending on your device. ✦ HANDMADE, MADE-TO-ORDER VARIATION ✦ Where pieces are loomed, printed, or assembled to order, tiny differences from one to the next come with the territory. We call that the charm of buying from a small studio instead of a mass-production machine. If your piece looks way off from the listing or turns up damaged, reach out with photos within seven days of delivery.

How long until my order lands?

Most of our pieces are MADE TO ORDER, which is a fancy way of saying yours gets made just for you after you buy, not yanked off some dusty shelf. Production runs about seven business days, plus shipping on top. Weekends and major holidays don't count as production days. Your order confirmation has an estimated ship-by date. We aim to meet it or beat it. The second your order ships, Etsy pings you with tracking.

I ordered a bunch of stuff and only got one tracking number. Where's the rest?

Deep breath. It's good news, promise. When you order more than one piece, they often ship in SEPARATE PACKAGES, sometimes from different production spots. Etsy usually fires off a notification for the first shipment, which can make it feel like the rest pulled a vanishing act. It didn't. To round up EVERY tracking number on your order: ✦ ON THE ETSY WEBSITE ✦ 1. Sign in at etsy.com and hit the You icon, top right 2. Click Purchases and Reviews 3. Find your order and hit View Order or View Receipt 4. Every tracking number is right there, links and all ✦ ON THE ETSY APP ✦ Tap You at the bottom, then Purchases, open your order, and all your tracking numbers are listed with clickable links.

My tracking says delivered but my package is nowhere. Now what?

Give it 48 HOURS first. Carriers love to mark things delivered a beat before they actually reach your door. While you wait, do a quick sweep: ✦ Check with housemates, neighbors, or your building's mailroom ✦ Walk the perimeter, behind planters, side gates, the usual hiding spots ✦ Ask your local carrier facility, since packages sometimes get scanned as delivered while still on the truck If 48 hours pass and it's still a ghost, reach out. We'll help you file a carrier claim. Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, UPS, or any carrier, responsibility shifts to them, but we'll point you in the right direction for claims.

Do you ship internationally?

We do, to most of the map. A few countries are off the table due to CARRIER RESTRICTIONS, which can mean regions affected by armed conflict, sanctions, or other limits our carriers set. Don't see your country at checkout? Send us a message, and we'll confirm whether we can get to you. Heads up that international orders can run into CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT DUTIES from your country's customs office, and those are the recipient's responsibility.

Do you use AI in your artwork?

✦ THE SHORT ANSWER ✦ Every piece is designed by Jacqueline, the owner and creative director of Honey Dazed, a working illustrator and graphic designer who practically lives in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. ✦ THE LONGER ANSWER ✦ "AI" is a big, blurry umbrella these days. Nearly every tool inside Illustrator and Photoshop now leans on AI-assisted features (Image Trace, Curvature, Smooth, Generative Fill, Content-Aware, the whole kit), and has for years. Every working digital illustrator is using AI at some level, even when drawing by hand. We also use AI image tools as part of our process, and every final design is drawn and finished by hand in Illustrator before it ever hits the shop.
