Do I need to pay for Canva to use this template?

No. This template is designed to work with the FREE version of Canva. You do not need a Canva Pro subscription to edit or download your files. If you are asked to pay, please ensure you haven't accidentally replaced a free element with a "Pro" element from Canva's library.

Where can I find the template access link?

The access link is located in the PDF file you downloaded after purchase ( Folder 02-Canva Template). Please scroll down to the very last page of that PDF and look for the "CLICK HERE" button.

Can I edit using a mobile phone?

While you can use the Canva mobile app, we strongly recommend using a Computer (Windows PC or Macbook). The desktop version offers a much better experience, more precise control, and makes it easier to manage layers and text.

What if I make a mistake while editing?

Don't worry! You can undo any action by pressing Ctrl + Z (Windows) or Command + Z (Mac). You can also click the Undo arrow (↩️) in the top blue bar of the Canva editor.

What is the best format for printing?

For the best professional results: Select "Download" and choose "PDF Print". This format ensures high resolution and the most accurate colors for physical printing at home or at a print shop.

The link in the PDF isn't working?

Sometimes PDF viewers on mobile devices disable links. Please try opening the PDF on a desktop computer using a browser (like Chrome or Safari) or Adobe Reader. If you still have trouble, message us on Etsy, and we will send you the link directly!

Yes! Almost everything is customizable. Click on any text or element, and use the toolbar at the top of the screen to change the color, font style, or size.

This usually happens if you are logged into multiple Google or Canva accounts. The Fix: Try opening the link in an Incognito or Private window in your browser. Log in to your Canva account there, and it should work perfectly. If the problem persists, please contact us!

Can I reuse the template / Does it expire?

Yes, absolutely! Once you click the link and add the template to your Canva account, it’s yours forever. You can edit it, change the info for a different event, and download it as many times as you like. We recommend making a "Copy" of the original template in Canva so you always have a clean version to start from.
