I have asked that cancellations be requested within 2 hours of purchasing. This is because sometimes I am able to post the same day as the order is placed. The form is shown above and you can print it off and fill it in if you really want to although it is not necessary as you can just message me to request a cancellation and i will reply and cancel the order asap providing the order hasn't already been posted.
