CANYON is a bold, hand-drawn all-caps display font inspired by the tactile feel of clay on a potter’s table and the rugged forms of desert landscapes. Designed for posters, branding, packaging, and creative projects that want weight, warmth, and an earthy western presence.

Shaped by natural rock formations, adobe homes, and sun-baked terrain, CANYON draws from canyons, valleys, and roadside architecture. Its letterforms feel carved rather than drawn — thick, grounded, and imperfect — where typography carries the texture of material and place.

Originally crafted for a potter’s custom logo, CANYON expanded into a full alphabet. The font features strong, chunky forms with a subtle ’70s retro influence, balancing boldness with approachability. It’s designed to feel handmade and timeless, rather than polished or overly refined.
