Are customs duties or taxes charged on USA orders?

No. All USA orders are shipped DDP, meaning duties and taxes are prepaid and no extra fees are due on delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges and limited returns. Returns are only accepted if a product is damaged, lost in transit, or significantly different from what was described. For sizing or preference-based concerns, we offer exchanges only. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges

Who pays for return shipping?

Buyers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. As a small business based in Ghana, working with handmade products, we cannot cover shipping for exchanges or preference-related returns.

My bag arrived misshapen. Can I return it?

Our baskets are made from natural fibers that may bend during shipping. This is normal and not considered a defect. Care instructions are included with every order to help you reshape your bag using a simple water method. Returns are not accepted for shape concerns that can be resolved with these instructions.

Do you provide refunds if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, no. Our items are made-to-order or small-batch, and we work closely with artisan communities. We are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases but will do our best to accommodate an exchange.

Excellent communication from the seller and fast shipping. I ordered from this store not knowing exactly what to expect as there were no reviews yet. Let me tell you that the purse I ordered far exceeds what is on the screen. I am a purveyor of luxury goods and this purse is every bit as great as my Staud and Chloe raffia bags.
