This is an English verge fusee pocket watch movement made circa 1810
The movement has a good balance but no chain and is NOT working
Movement – the gilt full plate verge movement has a beautiful pierced watch cock decorated with a bird and red endstone
The movement is signed “Chas Fielden Liverpool 2243” and is in 95% mint condition – a beautiful movement
Dial – the off white enamel dial is in 90% mint condition – light hairlines
The movement measures 47mm wide across the dial plate x 15mm deep
