How Soon Will I Get My Order?

Our products are not "off the shelf" items, each item is made just for you upon your order. Processing Time is different than "shipping time". Processing Tim is the time needed to create the actual item. Shipping Time is in ADDITION to processing time. Please plan accordingly when ordering time-sensitive gifts. DELIVERY DATES: We guarantee we will do our best to produce your order as quickly as possible. HOWEVER, once it has been shipped and in the hands of the mail carrier, we cannot control nor can we guarantee a "specific" delivery date in which you will receive your package. Can I Add A Gift Note In My Package?

Due to our items being created by our production partner, they are not able to accommodate gift notes.

Can I Return My Item?

All sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted. *Should you receive a product in error or if your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us directly for assistance and we'll be happy to work with you. *Personalized/Custom items cannot be returned or refunded for any reason (unless lost, damaged, or incorrect).

How Do I Report A Problem With My Order?

Please contact us via the Etsy messaging system to report any issues with your order. All claims must be made within 48hrs of delivery notice. Broken/damaged reports require photos of both the product and the outer packaging showing the damage in order to receive a replacement.

Will The Product Look Exactly Like It Does On My Computer?

Please note that the end product may or may not vary slightly in color due to the nature of each individual's computer monitor. Each monitor differs from another, thus light/colors may display differently for each person. Also, using anti-glare screen guards, etc. can also skew how the color is portrayed on the screen vs. how it looks in person.

Please be advised that we ship to the address that is on the order form. Orders go into production rather quickly; therefore, we cannot guarantee any address changes once the order is in production. INCORRECT ADDRESSES: Use valid names and addresses. Once shipped addresses cannot be changed. Return to sender items due to a bad address will be reshipped at buyer's expense. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED: We cannot be held liable for any packages marked as 'delivered'. Refunds and replacements are not granted for 'delivered' shipments. The buyer is responsible for maintaining a secure mail receptacle. Should you suspect mail theft, please file a report with your local post office and police. Replacement can be purchased for full price.
