How do I return an item?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible after you receive the items. We DO NOT accept returns/ exchanges for items on sale & personalized/custom orders-which we send photos for confirmation before we ship. The pieces are your responsibility until we get them, so please package them as the original. We will not refund for damaged/ lost boxes during return shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping and return shipping costs incurred during the return of the products. Refunds for returned products will be made promptly after we receive the items. We will not refund shipping, additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges that you may have received.

What happens if my order is lost in transfer?

If any packages are lost during transfer by the carrier company, they will be asked for a refund by us. Buyers can not ask for a refund for the lost items from us, the seller, since it is not our direct responsibility. Etsy doesn't hold sellers responsible for items that are lost in mail. However, we will send a replacement product within 1-6 weeks, and the buyer will not be charged for this. Since most of our products are one-of-a kind, your replacement piece(s) will be as close to the original purchase as possible. We kindly request your patience and direct communication with us in these situations.

What can you do about an an item that arrives damaged?

Buyers should notify Sahici about any damages during shipping within FIVE (5) business days after the parcel was accepted. Take photos of the damaged item in original package and write to us on Etsy messages. We will partially/ fully refund for the damaged item. If you would like a replacement: Please notify your local shipping office right away. Shipping carriers ask for the damaged package along with the product for inspection. Please keep them until the issue is resolved. We will also report the damage and ask them for a refund. We will then be able to send a free replacement-after we are refunded as well. We appreciate your understanding in these-rare-situations.

What if customs clearance requires additional fees to release the item I bought?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If you decide to refuse a package due to customs fees you are required to pay: The package will be returned to us. On the way back, it may be held in the customs here and we may be required to pay customs. Such costs, if occur, will be deducted from the order refund. In addition, the shipping costs paid originally are non-refundable.

What if I want to return an item before it is delivered to me or at the customs clearance state?

Please accept the delivery of goods, check the contents of the box for damages, repack and send the items in their original condition back to us. Please inform us after you receive the items. Any return postage is the buyer's responsibility and we will only refund the cost of the product excluding the original shipping, after we receive the items in good condition. We will not accept any refund claims if the buyer refuses delivery. The refusals are reported to us by the shipping carriers immediately. Please write and work with us in these situations. If the buyer refuses delivery and responsibility, we will not be able to cover for any losses of the buyer, since they are responsible for the ordering, acceptance and return of the goods.

Organic pear formed sculptural ceramic art object. We make this vessel form from a heavy grogged warm beige stoneware clay. The matte rust textured vase has carefully crafted deep cracks on the outer surface and the rim. The raw surface is brushed with several copper oxides and bold turquoise pigments. Warm raw clay is subtly visible at the background. The artistic vessel has an aged but lively organic look that stands out as an architectural presence.

Signed & dated at the bottom by the artist in carved clay. The piece is fired at high range for its desired color finish and body strength.

You can see the vase under different lighting conditions through the images. This is a made to order piece and we will make a new vase for you. Slight size/ tone/ detail differences may happen, which also makes each piece unique.

The object has an open clay body and does not retain water. Please contact us if you would like to have a similar, custom-made functional vessel.
