Damaged Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us a message including clear photos of: the damaged item the packaging the shipping label (with your name and address visible) This allows us to investigate the issue and contact the relevant shipping or print team. Once reviewed, we’ll provide a fair resolution, which may include a free replacement, a refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

All prints are made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully review your selection before placing an order. Refunds or replacements are available for: printing errors or quality issues rare cases where a mistake occurred on our end Refunds are not offered for: delays caused by shipping carriers items damaged during transit (however, a free replacement will be provided)

Delivery Delays or Late Arrivals

Shipping delays may occur due to courier or customs issues and are unfortunately outside of our control. Refunds cannot be issued unless the parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. During busy periods such as holidays, delays are more common. We kindly ask for your patience if your order is running late.

Print Quality & Colour Variations

If your item arrives with a printing fault or error, please contact us with photos and details, and we’ll be happy to offer a free replacement or refund. Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration. These variations are normal and do not qualify as a fault or reason for return.

Custom and personalised orders

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We’re unable to offer free replacements if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. If the order is returned to us, we can resend it, but the customer will be responsible for re-printing and re-shipping costs. If your parcel is being held by your local post office due to address issues, you’ll need to collect it or update the delivery details directly with the carrier.

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production or been shipped. Once printing has begun, we can’t guarantee cancellation — even if the order hasn’t been marked as dispatched.
