🛠️ ASSEMBLY & PHOTO INSTRUCTION This design utilizes a layered construction to hold the photo securely.

How it works: The product consists of a base, a solid back layer, and a front frame layer.

Recommendation: We recommend "sandwiching" your photograph between the solid back layer and the front open frame layer. Apply a small amount of glue between these two wood layers (avoiding the photo area itself) to secure them together.

Final Step: Once the top section is assembled and dried, insert it firmly into the slot on the base piece. You may glue it into the base for permanent stability, but a snug friction fit often works well.

⚠️ CRITICAL NOTE ON MATERIAL THICKNESS & SCALING Please read carefully before cutting!

Material Variation: Although this file is designed for "3mm" material, the actual thickness of plywood or MDF can vary significantly from batch to batch (e.g., it might actually be 2.8mm or 3.2mm).

Measure First: ALWAYS use digital calipers to measure your specific material thickness before cutting.

Adjust Slots: You will likely need to adjust the width of the slots in the base and the tabs on the upright piece in your software to match your material's exact thickness for a perfect, snug fit. This is a standard process in laser cutting.
