Prices vary depending on the design’s complexity, so feel free to message me your ideas for a quote and details.

⏳ Processing Time

Each item is made to order.

You have a 2-hour window to cancel your order after purchase.

Once production begins, only the shipping cost can be refunded.

Typical production time: 3–5 business days.
For custom designs, I’ll share a digital preview via Etsy chat for your approval before production starts (which then follows the same 3–5 day timeline).

🔄 Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

Cancellations:

Can be made within 2 hours of placing your order.

After that, only the shipping fee can be refunded, and your order will be marked as “shipping cancellation” once tracking is generated.

Exchanges:

As all items are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept exchanges.

Returns:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your item.

Return the item within 21 days, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Items must be shipped back to our address in Vietnam.

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours once the returned item meets these conditions.
