Due to a U.S. customs policy change introduced in August 2025, HanStory temporarily updated its shipping policy.
We are pleased to let you know that import duties for all U.S. orders are now prepaid by HanStory, so you do not need to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.

Beginning in July 2026, updated international customs regulations require shipments to Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden to be sent using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method.
Under DDP shipping, all import duties and customs fees are prepaid before shipment, allowing your package to arrive without any additional customs charges.

Shipping rates for these destinations have been adjusted to reflect the new customs process and prepaid duty service.
