Please note, every monitor or phone is a little different, so there may be a discrepancy between your printed product and the item shown on your screen. I do not offer refunds if your colors are not identical your screen.

Each listing contains a garment description with the measurements. All measurements are provided by me and do not belong to or resemble any common size chart by country. I highly recommend comparing those measurements to your body measurements before placing an order. If you have any questions or doubts, I'm ready to offer my help.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Since I begin working on custom made-to-order items shortly after receiving your order, cancellations may not always be possible. If you placed an order in error or changed your mind after purchasing, please kindly request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, I will issue a full refund. In case the cancellation is requested after 24 hours of purchase and your order is already being made/shipped, the refund will not be accepted.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

The current turnaround time is shown on every listings. Production times may vary depending on my workload, but the turnaround shown on the LISTING is locked in at purchase. To prevent any delays with your order, be sure to include all information at the time of purchase. Missing information may delay processing.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER OR RECEIVE A REFUND?

At my shop, I specialize in creating custom made-to-order items tailored to your order. Due to the personalized nature of the products, I do not accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES unless there is a defect or error on my part. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please contact me and I'll address any issues.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

It's essential to double-check all the details you provide for your custom order to ensure accuracy. If you realize you've entered the wrong shipping address after placing your order, please contact me immediately to see if I can update the address (when the order has not been shipped). Once the order has shipped, I can no longer change the address for you. In this case, you need to contact the shipping company directly or contact me so I can provide you with shipping information.

MY PACAKGE IS DAMAGED?

Please contact me within 30 days from the day of delivery in case I have shipped you an incorrect/damaged item. I will gladly reprocess your order if the customer can provide close-up photos (with measuring tape) or defective areas on the item.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

From time to time, the carrier may accidentally mark a delivered package despite it still being on their truck, or possibly being dropped off at the wrong address. The first step to take is to reach out to your local post office directly to inquire about the location or fill out a Help Request with carrier online. If for any reason the package still doesn't turn up or they aren't able to help, please reach out to me for the next steps.
