How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please check the estimated delivery times for the item you are ordering. Orders are usually dispatched ahead of schedule and I use Royal Mail 2nd class for most items unless you select an express shipping option.

Can I request a custom/specific design?

I can print fabric using a design you supply. Send me a message to discuss and I can advise on image requirements, delivery times and costs.

I'm purchasing a gift. Can I send it directly to the recipient?

Yes! This is something that I've done many times before. Please leave a note at checkout with a message for the recipient and I'll print it onto a little card and include it with the order.

I'm a total beginner. How accessible are your kits for someone who has never picked up a needle before?

My embroidery kits are designed in a way to make them accessible for all levels. The Mandala hoop kits are a great place to start if you are new to stitching - add on a set of Learn to Stitch Cards to give you the tools and confidence with the different stitches before starting out on the pre printed fabric.

How long do the kits take to complete?

The time taken to stitch each kit obviously depends a lot on your level of experience. I try to make my kits either 'quick stitch' projects that can be enjoyed in an afternoon/evening or longer projects that can be broken into manageable chunks to pick up and put down as you need. - Stitch Your Own Card Kits - most individual cards can be completed in 30-60 minutes. - Stick and Stitch Designs - depending on the complexity of design, most patches are between 30 mins - 2 hours stitching time. - Mandala Kits/Wreath Kits - designed to be picked up and put down. Stitch a section/round in 30-60mins and come back to it when you have time to do the next bit! Total stitch time - a few hours.
