EU AND UK RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – PERSONALISED ITEMS

All items sold by Print4You UK Cards are made to order and personalised to the customer’s individual specifications. Personalisation may include a name, age, relationship, date, wording or personal message.

Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the normal 14-day right to cancel or return an online order does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

Therefore, personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because:

• The customer has changed their mind
• The item is no longer required
• Incorrect personalisation details were supplied by the customer
• An incorrect name, age, relationship, date, wording or delivery address was entered when ordering
• The customer did not fully read the product description, size or personalisation details before ordering

Please check all names, spellings, dates, ages, relationships, wording and delivery information carefully before submitting your order. We will print the personalisation exactly as it is provided.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or amend an order. We work quickly and cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accepted once production has started.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Please contact us if your item arrives damaged, faulty, materially different from the listing description, or if we have made an error with the personalisation.

Please provide clear photographs of the item, packaging and any damage so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM

This form may only be used where a legal right of withdrawal applies. It does not apply to goods that have been made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
