Highlights
Exquisite Edwardian or Victorian era boudoir piece. Billowy antique silk dressing gown. Incredible pleating, ruffles, and delicate lace detailing. Dramatic, layered, lace trimmed sleeves. Lace trimmed collar. Interior bodice layer buttons at front, exterior layer fastens with ribbon ties up front. Please note the ribbon ties are original, and several are very frayed. Small hook and eye closures near neck. Handwritten tag with numbers.
This antique piece is constructed of a very lightweight, delicate silk and has incredible movement. It's in lovely condition for its age, but there are imperfections throughout including small tears and spots of discoloration. A few minor repairs have been made.
Lay flat pit to pit approximately 19 inches.
