What if my package arrives damaged or incorrect items?

Please contact me ASAP when your package comes with damaged/incorrect items with pictures of proofs. Please double-check your addresses before paying. It is your responsibility as the consumer to give the right apartment number and/or address. No refunds or replacements are available for packages that are lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address. Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for the shipment or second printing. We aim for quality, however if there is a manufacturing flaw or damage during shipping, kindly contact us with photos, and we'll do our best to get you a replacement as soon as possible!

Yes, but this indicates that the order was sent to the Fourth Party by USPS and will now be dispersed further. Unfortunately, since they have given the package to another party, USPS rarely gives tracking numbers after that. These orders can take up to 30 business days to complete delivery, and there is an additional $10 shipping charge. If your addresses are in the military zone, we will get in touch with you. After this period, please let us know if your customer hasn't received the order, and we'll look into it further.
