How do I access my digital download after purchase?

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital product. You can also download the files directly through Etsy under ‘Purchases’. If you have trouble accessing your download, please reach out to us.

What format are the files in?

Our products are sent in PDF format in a ZIP file, which can be easily accessed on any device. Some products may also include editable features, which will be noted in the product description.

Can I print the digital products?

Yes! You can print any of our products at home or through a print shop. Please see the individual product descriptions for the paper sizes included.

Can I use your planners on my tablet or phone?

Absolutely! Our planners are designed for both digital and printed use.

What is your refund policy?
