2. Enter your selected portrait style (for example: Style 1) in the personalization section.
3. After ordering, send your pet’s photos and any additional requests via Etsy messages or by email

Photo tips:
-Please send clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos.
-Close-up photos where your pet’s face is clearly visible work best.
-You’re welcome to send multiple photos — this helps us achieve the best result.

After your order, your personalized portrait will be created and a preview will be sent to you for approval. Unlimited revisions are included until you’re happy.

Once approved, printed products move into production and are shipped, while digital orders are delivered. Orders are produced and shipped from the closest fulfillment partner (EU or USA) to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Note:
Refunds are only available during the preview stage.
Once the preview is approved and printing begins, printed items cannot be refunded.
During holidays and busy seasons, processing times may be longer. Thank you for your patience.

If you’re not happy with the portrait during the "preview stage", you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Because all portraits are custom-made and created specifically for you, cancellations or refunds aren’t possible once the final design is approved and printed items have entered production.
We recommend carefully reviewing all details and reference photos before approving your preview.
If there’s a printing issue, shipping damage, or your item arrives faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement.
Our goal is to make the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

⟶ Important Information (FAQ)

1) Will my portrait look exactly like the photo?
Each portrait is created using your photo as a reference. While we stay true to your pet’s unique features, the final result is an artistic interpretation based on the selected style rather than a photo-realistic copy.

2) Can I send more than one photo?
Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to send 2–3 photos. If you’re unsure which one works best, we’ll choose the most suitable image based on the selected style.

3) How long does it take to prepare my order?
You will receive a digital preview within 24 hours. Production of physical items begins after your approval.

4) What if my printed portrait arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

5) Can I cancel or return my order?
Because this is a personalized, made-to-order item created specifically for you, cancellations or returns are only possible at the digital preview stage. If you’re not satisfied with the preview, you may cancel your order at that point. Once the preview is approved and the item is sent to production, cancellations or returns are no longer possible.

6) Can you create a portrait with multiple pets?
Yes. We can create portraits featuring multiple pets in a single artwork. For larger or more complex compositions, please contact us before ordering.

7) Do you accept custom or special design requests?
Absolutely. We offer multiple styles, and custom requests are always welcome. If you have a specific idea or don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, feel free to message us.
