Response from Florencia

Hi! I’m sorry to hear that you’re disappointed. However, your order was placed only one week ago, and international shipping from Chile can take some time depending on the destination and the local postal service. Unfortunately, delivery within a week is not always possible for international orders. I would have been more than happy to help you with any questions or concerns about your order if you had contacted me directly. I always do my best to assist my customers and ensure they have a good experience. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
