What if I want to return an item?

I strive to show the condition in my photos and list all imperfections but occasionally these may slip past me. If you are concerned about the condition of a specific item send me a message and I will inspect the item more meticulously before you purchase. Due to the nature of vintage all items in my store are sold as is. I have a no returns/refunds policy. By purchasing you are agreeing to my store policies. Thanks for understanding.

What do you mean by distressed or worn?

Items that are listed as distressed show heavy signs of wear, may have discolorations, holes, fades or have been altered. I aim to list as many imperfections as I can see. If this might be an issue for you please contact me before purchasing and I will examine the item in question more meticulously.

Will my item arrive cleaned and/or steamed?

Most items in my store are vintage and/or previously worn and may need to be cleaned. Items may also arrive lightly wrinkled from being in storage and/or from shipping. Please assume that if you purchase something from my store it may need to be cleaned or steamed before you wear it. Laundering and cleaning of vintage fabrics may need expert advice, please check with your cleaners for the best options, shop is not responsible for vintage items once they arrive. Please ask questions before buying to get everything worked out. I want you to be happy and enjoy your treasures!!

Do you guarantee the authenticity of the vintage

I do the best I can to research every item and try to date it accurately. However, I cannot claim to be an expert about every item I sell and it is the responsibility of the buyer to check or ask questions about a specific item before purchasing.

What if I am unhappy with the way it fits me?

I strive to add as many measurements to my listings as possible as sizing throughout the decades has not remained consistent. Please check my measurements against a garment that fits you already to assist with sizing accuracy. If you need more specific measurements please message me before purchasing. Everyone has different preferences and expectations when it comes to fit and it's your responsibility to check the measurements. In addition, measurements can vary depending on the measuring device used, the way the garment is laying or hanging and the person taking the measurement. For this reason all measurements listed are appx to the 1/2 "on either side. If you are concerned about a specific size ask me before ordering and I can elaborate.

What if it isn't the color I had expected?

Colors may vary due to individual computer screens and opinion. If you have a specific question about a color, please contact me before you place your order.

Shipping practices and policies

I ship once a week using USPS 1st class & Priority Mail using no frills packaging to minimize waste. If you require insurance it is your responsibility to contact me when purchasing & pay the extra fees. Tracking info will be provided. Not all intl orders will be able to have tracking, but I will add it if available. I can not be responsible for charges of customs & taxes. If a return is authorized I cannot pay the return shipping. If an item is returned to me because of an undeliverable address or was undeliverable for any reason beyond my control I cannot refund the order but I will ship it again if buyer pays for the 2nd shipping. If a claim needs to be filed with the postal service, the buyer is responsible for filing the claim.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order please contact me within 3 days of item delivery via Etsy to work out a solution. If I am not provided with evidence of a mistake in the listing within three days all sales will be considered final.

Do you accept offers?

Yes! I will consider reasonable offers.

What if I need to cancel an order before it's been processed?

I charge a $10 cancellation/restocking fee for all orders cancelled due to buyers request. Please shop carefully.
