A custom sword is a made-to-order fantasy blade designed from your sketch, concept art or description, and 3D printed in tough PLA+. This full-size cosplay sword prop is made for cosplayers, LARPers and collectors who want a one-of-a-kind weapon for conventions, photo shoots or display. Choose your size and finish: raw print, primed or fully hand-painted.

SIZES
- Extra Small: up to 40 cm / 16"
- Small: 41–80 cm / 16"–31.5"
- Medium: 81–140 cm / 32"–55"
- Large: 141–200 cm / 55.5"–78.5" (max 2 meters)

Weight depends on size and design: about 300 g for Extra Small, 600–900 g for Small and Medium, and more for Large.

FINISH OPTIONS
RAW PRINT (DIY kit)
The budget option for makers. You receive the raw print straight from the printer, with supports removed. Layer lines are visible. Large swords arrive in sections with alignment keys: you glue, sand, fill and prime them yourself. Printed in a neutral color, usually grey.

PRIMED (ready to paint)
I assemble the parts, sand the print, apply filler primer to hide layer lines and sand again to a smooth finish. The sword arrives assembled (unless too large to ship in one piece) and coated in uniform grey primer, ready for your paint.

HAND-PAINTED (finished)
Fully assembled, smoothed and hand-painted to match your references, with metallic effects, washes, weathering, battle damage and leather-style grip wrapping where needed. Sealed with a protective clear coat. Ready to display or use for cosplay right out of the box.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Send me your references and the total length via Etsy Messages.
2. I confirm the size and details.
3. I create the 3D model and send you a preview for approval.
4. Once approved, I print, finish and ship your sword securely from Italy.

PRODUCTION TIME
- Raw print: about 2–3 weeks
- Primed: about 3–4 weeks
- Hand-painted: about 4–6 weeks

Large swords may ship in sections with hidden joints to fit courier boxes and travel safely. Simple assembly instructions are included.

- Every sword is made to order and unique. Small variations from the preview are part of the handmade process.
- Custom items can't be returned, but if your sword arrives damaged, contact me and I'll make it right. This does not affect your statutory rights for defective items.
