I don't accept returns or refunds. However if the case of receiving broken or damaged items, SAVE the bracelet, contact me, and I will ask you to send me a picture of the broken piece. A replacement will then be sent out.

PLEASE, please, make sure you measure your wrist as stated in the details of each bracelet. I recommend adding a half inch (or more depending on preference). I do not offer exchanges or returns due to incorrect sizes.

Never leave your child unattended with a bracelet. While all the materials are lead free, the small beads can be a choking hazard. Don't swim, bathe, sweat, sleep with, or spray anything (sunscreen, hairspray, perfume) on or near the bracelet. Doing this, and keeping the bracelet clean will reduce the risk of the bracelet tarnishing over time.

For the best fit, measure snug around the wrist with a measuring tape of a piece of string against a ruler. Then add 1/2 an inch and order the corresponding size from my recommended sizing chart. This ensures the most comfortable fit. Each bracelet comes with a 1/2 inch extender chain, so there is also room to grow! The following sizing chart is based on average wrist sizes for different age groups:
