Missing parts, poorly packaged in the cheapest way possible with no care for the brass whatsoever. I’m talking screws rolling around a ripped plastic bag. Terrible customer service. Multiple messages to seller to resolve this issue and they can’t even get my name right. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this one is well deserved. The brass itself has some imperfections. Overall very disappointing process and product. Waste of time and money.
