Our small business offers mostly made-to-order items, and while we hope to open this up in the future, we are not offering returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time. However, please reach out if you have an issue after receiving your order!

Shipping & Delivery Issues

We work hard to ship your orders out promptly within our estimated processing time window. Once shipped, we aren't responsible for delays in the shipping and delivery timeline as these are beyond our control and fall under the scope of the carrier. If your package is lost in the mail or marked as "Delivered" but it's not at your door, please reach out to let us know, and we can help contact USPS for assistance and file a Lost Mail Claim if needed. Unfortunately, we're unable to track down any packages ourselves once they are dropped off with USPS.

There are so many different models, and we know it can be confusing to find exactly which one you have. Follow the steps below to ensure you select the right Kindle size! On your device, go to Settings --> Device Options --> Device Info. This will give you the information you need to select the right model! We currently offer cases in the following sizes: • Kindle Paperwhite 12th Generation / Kindle Colorsoft | 7" Display • Kindle Paperwhite 11th Generation | 6.8" Display We currently offer Kindle inserts in the above sizes as well as: • Kindle Basic | 6" Display Let us know if there's a device or model you'd like to see us carry, and we'll work on adding it to our shop if enough interest is there!

💚 Please note: Every screen shows colors a bit differently, so there might be slight color variations as a result. Each e-reader insert is also hand made and cut to size, so minor variations between batches may occur. Inserts do not wrap around the sides of your device so that your clear case (not included) still fits snugly around your e-reader. So, just be aware that you will still see a small portion of your e-reader around the sides.
