This is a digital download — nothing is shipped. What sizes and ratios are included, and what does "ratio" mean?

Each design comes ready in several popular ratios, and the files are large — ready-made sizes start at about 50" and some go up to 100" on the widest side. To see which ratios a design includes, check the listing photos; one photo always lists them. A "ratio" is the print's shape (width:height) — e.g. 8x10 = 4:5, 12x16 = 3:4, 24x36 = 2:3. Match the file's ratio to your frame so nothing gets cropped. Unsure which to pick? Send me your frame size and I'll tell you the right one, or make a perfect-fit file for free. 🤍

Can I get a custom size or a different ratio?

Absolutely, and it's always free. 🤍 Just message me the exact size or frame dimensions you need and I'll prepare a custom file, usually within 1 business day. I can also enlarge a design so the widest side prints up to 100" for a bold statement wall. Almost every design comes in multiple ratios — the only exception is my "One of a kind art" section (single ratio), but even those can be converted to another ratio on request. Just ask!

My printer shows an error or says "low resolution" - what should I do?

Don't worry — your file is fine! 🙂 Two common cases: (1) A site says "low resolution" — it's actually the opposite: the art is very high-res and a phone or kiosk (like CVS/Walgreens) misreads the large file. Upload from a computer, or I'll send a smaller (under 50 MB) version. (2) A site won't accept the file or shows a strange error — the files are very large (up to 100" wide), so some services can't handle the size. Either way, message me the exact size you want and I'll send a perfectly sized file, usually within 1 business day. 🤍

What's your return policy, and can I resell or use the prints commercially?

Because these are instant digital downloads, Etsy doesn't allow returns or exchanges — but your happiness matters to me, so if a file won't download or doesn't fit your frame, message me and I'll make it right. 🤍 Usage: prints are mainly for personal use (print as many as you like for your home or as gifts). Limited commercial use is allowed only one way — selling up to 10 physically printed copies in an in-person shop. Online selling, print-on-demand, or sharing the digital files isn't allowed. Need a larger license? Just ask.

Does the art come framed?

The frames in the photos are mockups to show how the art might look on your wall — the frame itself isn't included, since this is a digital file you print yourself. Once printed, your art fits standard frames from any home or craft store. Tip: choose your frame first, then tell me the size and I'll make sure your file matches it perfectly. 🤍

Where should I print my art?

Lots of options! Convenient: a home printer, or Staples, Office Depot, or FedEx Office. Photo counters: Walgreens, CVS, or Walmart Photo. Premium / canvas: online services like Mpix, Shutterfly, or Printful, or a local print studio. For the best result, ask for matte or fine-art paper and choose "print actual size / no auto-crop." Why might printed colors look a little different from my screen?

Screens are backlit and show colors more vividly than paper, so prints can look a touch softer or warmer — this is normal for all digital art. For the truest colors, print on good-quality matte paper, use a reputable print service, and turn off any "auto-enhance" setting. If a print ever looks off to you, send me a photo and I'll gladly help you sort it out. 🤍

Can I print this as a gift?
