When is your shop updated?

I update the shop regularly as new pieces are finished or small batches are released. Because everything is handmade, restocks may vary in size and timing.

What is your dyeing process?

All yarn is hand-dyed by me in small batches using acid dyes. I do my best to represent colors accurately in photos, but please note: Hand-dyed yarn naturally varies from skein to skein Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings Once the dye has fully set, each skein is thoroughly washed and rinsed before being listed for sale. If you have questions about a colorway—or would like additional photos—I’m always happy to help before you purchase.

How should I care for my yarn (before and after making something)?

To keep your yarn and finished pieces looking their best: Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry While not common, some color bleeding may occur, especially on the first wash Because color variation is part of the beauty of hand-dyed yarn, alternating rows between two skeins can help create a more cohesive overall fabric in larger projects.

Can you tell me more about your shipping policies?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Unfortunately, we do not have full control of USPS operations—packages could be delayed as they make their way to you, or could be lost. I see the same tracking information as you but I will do my best to answer questions/provide the information I have. ***Free shipping in the US for orders $35 and up*** All orders are shipped via USPS. If you live outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please reach out! We are open to expanding shipping options based on demand. ***Sustainable packaging*** We work to use compostable or recycled packaging and shipping materials. We hope you will reuse or recycle these materials once they reach you!

All items can be handwashed with the following instructions. If you purchased an items of superwash wool or cotton, machine washing should not be an issue. But, when in doubt handwashing always works: - Hand wash with cool water - Use a small amount of mild detergent or wool wash, but avoid fabric softeners - Soak for about 10 minutes - Gently agitate, but avoid stretching or pulling - Rinse thoroughly with cool water until it runs clear - Leave flat to dry
