Menzies' Palm Tree Moss + Free Gift - Miniature Forest for Terrariums, Fairy Garden, Terrarium Kit

TheGreenestGood
5 out of 5 stars

Item highlights

  • Materials: moss, substrate, organic matter
  • Made to order

Seller's description

Hand-harvested clusters of adorable and unique Menzies’ tree moss from its natural habitat in the PNW- choose your number of clusters (and your free gift!). There will be at least 10 stems per cluster, although I can’t guarantee every tree will be connected. Orders of multiple clusters may be clumped together, depending on what the harvest brings. You can plant them individually or in groups, as you wish!

Up to 4 clusters come with your choice of gift- either a free moss sample (type(s) will vary and be a surprise, but it will not be Menzies) or a free sample of small mossy sticks (type(s) will vary).

The 50 stems plus moss AND sticks options is a great mix for small terrariums or several mini terrarium projects.

Each cluster has at least 10 little tree frond stems, which can be planted together as a happy little forest or separated from each other in fairy gardens and terrariums. Please use your favorite search engine or briophylia resources to research proper care of Menzies’ tree moss. In my experience, it prefers the steady humidity of an enclosure.

All ship USPS Priority Mail (small flat rate box), unless combining with other items. Free shipping for all orders over $35.

**This listing is for palm (Menzies’) tree moss only. Pictures are only examples of what you will get. Terrariums pictured are for inspiration only. Message me directly to inquire about mini terrarium kits for groups, special events, etc.

**Content of your free moss or sticks gift will vary based on season and availability. The little trees may look different depending on the season, but rest assured, they are living and thriving all year long.

**All moss ships in sealed bags to retain moisture. The moss may be slightly flattened/compressed, but this does not affect the moss survival!

**All moss is freshly & sustainably harvested from private property. I choose fresh windfall/“rescues” whenever possible.

**All moss is 100% chemical-free, untreated and EXTREMELY organic. Minimally cleaned to preserve integrity and make for easier transplanting. Contains dirt, debris, lichen, and living organisms.

**Make sure to do your own research and prep/soak/etc before use, if you don’t want any hitchhikers (stray buggies) in your project or enclosure. This moss is not sterilized!

Beautiful little plants, lots of extras included. Reached out about shipment being late (not the fault of the seller) and got an immediate, friendly response. I plan on a larger terrarium in the near future and this shop will be my first stop!
