Custom and personalized orders

Yes! We are happy to accept custom and personalized orders. Please message us and we are happy to assist you.

All size details are included in each product description. We provide size chart images to help you find the best fit. We recommend measuring your favorite t-shirt or shirt and comparing it to the size chart when you are unsure. All t-shirts and sweatshirts are unisex sizes.

What if I need the order by a specific date?

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance for special events. We partner with a professional printing supplier, so we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Production time is 3-5 business days and shipping time is 7-10 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me BEFORE placing it. I cannot issue refunds for orders delivered within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.

Can I cancel/change my order after it has been shipped?

We process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest possible shipping, and some of our items go straight into production after ordering. We do not accept order cancellations and do not guarantee any change requests after the order has been shipped, so please ensure all information is correct (address, size and color selection, and any spelling errors regarding personalization).

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we have a standard express shipping option. Production time is 3-5 business days and express shipping time is 2 days.

Do you sell digital versions of your designs?

Unfortunately, we do not sell this.

Can I have this design printed on a different item?

Yes! We are happy to help you find the item you are looking for. Please contact us if you don't see the option you are looking for and we will help you :)

What printing method do you use?

We partner with professional printing suppliers using DTG and DTF printing methods, where the ink is printed directly onto the garment. It doesn't peel or crack like vinyl printing.

- Turn the product inside out and machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water - Tumble dry on low heat - Do not bleach - Do not dry clean - Do not iron directly over the print

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can investigate the issue and provide a solution. Although we do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds, I want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase!
