These files cannot be sold as a digital download in any way. They can be used to create physical products for personal use or commercial use for up to 500 sales.

What is it that you sell, exactly?

I sell digital design files that are primarily intended to be used for cutting with a cutting machine. Besides digital SVG files, we provide Print on Demand physical products as well in co-operation with our production partner.

Files are intended to be used as cut files. I do not specialize in creating prints therefore there will be no physical item shipped via mail. However, if you do choose to use my designs as prints, I am not able to guarantee image quality.

How do I contact you and when can I expect a response from you?

Please send me a message via Etsy conversations or email. While I do my best to respond as soon as possible, please allow up to 24 hours (usually less) a response from me after sending me a message. If you purchased a download as a guest, you may contact me by replying to the email receipt you were sent pertaining to your purchase. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Do you make custom orders?

I'm sorry, but I am currently not making custom orders.

I do NOT have a PayPal account. How can I purchase from you?

I accept Paypal payments which includes Visa and Mastercard. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Please note that orders made via PayPal with an E-Check typically take longer as payment clears 3-5 days after an order is purchased. Receipt of cleared payment is required before you can download your oredered files from the link Etsy sent you to the e-mail address you have registered to Etsy.

Common download issue for cell phone & iPad users

Please keep in mind that cell phone and iPad providers tend to condense/reduce attachments/files sizes. My recommendation is to upload/download the file(s) from a computer to eliminate this issue.

How do I know if my software is compatible with these files?

You are responsible for ensuring that your software is compatible with the files we offer. I cannot be held responsible if you purchase a design and find that your software doesn't have the capability of using it.

RETURN TO SENDER/ INVALID ADDRESS

**If you provided a wrong address at the time of order you may contact us ASAP**. We can only make address changes within one hour of when the order is place. In the event that the package is already in transit, we will not be able to change the delivery address or refund/cancel order. Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments or enter the wrong address you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Refusal to pay for re-shipping fees, will result in a 50% restocking fee.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. If the order is noted delivered, contact your nearest post office. I do not have more information on the status of the package, I can only see what is provide on the USPS website “Please Track your item before messaging me” . Please keep in mind We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Order lost in transit will be provided a replacement order, we do not offer refunds only replacement orders for lost packages.

This is a digital design for sublimation. You will NOT receive anything physical via mail. You are purchasing the digital files. This is a digital download for you to create your own product with.
Designs are large so that you can size up or down as needed without losing any quality. Each design fits a 4x4 square coaster. You will need a program to size the design to 4” x4” before printing, and knowledge of the program.

You will receive:
4 square shaped 4x4 inches PNG file
300 DPI high res. files
This is NOT a Cutting file
Sizes are approximate and can be sized up or down to suit your needs

Prior knowledge of sublimation is needed to use the files, please ensure you have all needed software and equipment before purchasing as we cannot offer support on any processes, we can only offer support on our files if there is an issue!
