Order Changes & Cancellations:

Accidental Orders: Please contact us within 3 hours of purchase for a full cancellation and refund.
Size & Color Changes: Requests for size or color changes must be made within 3 hours of ordering. After this time, we cannot guarantee that changes can be applied, as production may have already started.
Once production has started, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order has been shipped, any delivery delays or issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
We will, of course, assist you where possible in resolving these issues.
