Can I get a custom size?

Message us *before* purchase to confirm whether a resize is possible for your item. We offer one resize per listing. Typical turnaround is 2–3 business days. Please check the Shop Announcement to ensure that custom resize requests are not currently paused. Some items cannot be resized, for example certain TV art, split‑panel sets, or square‑dimension artwork.

Can I use your artwork for commercial use?

No. Our digital downloads are for personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, or used commercially in any form.

What if I want my print framed for me?

Frames shown in listings are not sold with our digital downloads and are for display only. For framing, consider the online printing services listed above as most offer framing as well. You can also consider these additional options: ➤ U.S.: Framebridge, FrameitEasy ➤ Canada: Artalo, Framehaus ➤ Thrifting/Antiquing! Give your print a one of a kind look with a unique frame from a thrift or antique store. This is our personal favorite method of framing.

I can’t find my download email or receipt. What should I do?

First, check your email spam or junk folders. If you use Gmail, also check the Social or Promotions tabs. Adding Etsy’s transaction email (transaction@etsy.com) to your safe list can help you spot future emails. And of course message us through Etsy if you need any further assistance.

Where can I find my digital purchases?

1. Sign in on Etsy.com from a browser, not the app. 2. Go to Your account → Purchases. 3. Click Download Files next to the order to reach the Downloads page. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button may be grey. Guest buyers receive a download link in the email receipt sent after purchase.
