I put the self adhesive vinyl up but it came off not much later.

The self adhesive vinyl will stick to various surfaces in different ways. As the vinyl is thin it's recommended to not use it on a very dark wall or on a heavy textured wall. Also changing temperatures can cause the vinyl to come off. It's designed to come off relatively easy so it won't damage the wall, but it also means it won't last forever. Choose the nonwoven for that! Also when applying it to slick surfaces or a very smooth/glossy paint finish can cause the vinyl to come off rather sooner than later. Luckily this happens rarely and can be avoided by preparing your wall accordingly!

This is a tricky one as the shipping times are an estimate. Also based on average delivery times from past customers. If you need it before a specific date you can always inquire about express shipping. It happens that the package is a bit later than expected, WallHalla however has no control over that part. Only 3 weeks after the last tracking update can we file for a missing object. If it's concluded that the order is indeed "lost" WallHalla will make sure you'll receive a replacement of a refund.

- IMPORTANT

For the best result with the (self adhesive) wallpaper, apply your wallpaper to a clean, flat surface and make sure it's primed for wallpaper hanging, otherwise the wallpaper may not perform as well as designed. Also hanging over latex based paint or other glossy paint may result in less performance. So make sure your wall is prepared for wallpaper hanging.
