Yes! We love making your ideas come to life. If you see an item you like but want it in a different color or size, please send us a message before purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request or create a custom listing for you.

What materials do you use and how do I care for them?

We use high-quality PLA, PETG, and TPU depending on the item's purpose. PLA: Eco-friendly rigid plastic. Please keep away from high heat (no dishwashers or hot cars) to prevent warping. PETG: Stronger and more heat-resistant. TPU: Flexible and durable rubber-like material. To keep your items looking new, we recommend hand washing with cool water and soap only.

What is the texture of the product like?

3D printing is a process where an object is created layer by layer. Because of this, you may see very fine lines or slight imperfections on the surface. This is a normal characteristic of the 3D printing process and adds to the uniqueness of your item! We inspect every piece to ensure it meets our high standards ("Cool Creations" approved!) before shipping.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item in our shop is made-to-order (3D printed specifically for you once you place your order), we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, customer satisfaction is our priority! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us a message with a photo immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Will the color match exactly what I see on my screen?

We do our best to accurately represent colors in our photos. However, please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor resolution and settings. Additionally, because of the nature of 3D printing filament, slight shade variations can occur between batches.

How long will it take to get my order?

Since items are made to order, please check the "Processing time" on the listing to see how long it takes us to create your item. "Shipping time" is the additional time it takes for the carrier to deliver it to you once we drop it off. We work hard to ship as fast as possible!

Are these items safe for small children?

While PLA/PETG/TPU are non-toxic materials, some of our 3D printed items (especially articulated ones) contain small parts that could break off if handled roughly, posing a choking hazard. They are not recommended for small children without adult supervision.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy

Please note that all items in this shop are Made to Order. This means each product is 3D printed specifically for you after your purchase is confirmed. Due to the custom nature of this manufacturing process, Cool Creations does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. By placing an order, you acknowledge that these goods are produced to your specifications and are therefore exempt from the standard Right of Withdrawal, including for orders shipped to the European Union (EU). All sales are final.

Temperature Warning: Keep your display away from direct sunlight, radiators, or electronic equipment that generates high heat. 3D-printed materials can soften or warp if exposed to temperatures above 50°C.

Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap for cleaning. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or alcohol-based products, as they may damage the specialized "Fuzzy Skin" or smooth finish.

LED Access: The base is designed for easy access. If you need to service the LED Kit, simply lift the main display body. The components are designed for a snug fit but are easily removable for battery or bulb changes.

Magnetic Doors: The precision-fitted 8x2mm magnets are strong. For the best experience, guide the doors to close smoothly rather than letting them snap aggressively, protecting the 3D-printed hinges over time.
