Is this jewelry made from solid gold?

Yes. All of our jewelry is crafted from solid precious metals and is never gold-plated.

Are your lab grown diamonds and moissanite real?

Yes. Every product clearly states whether it features a Lab Grown Diamond or Moissanite. Our lab grown diamonds have the same chemical composition, brilliance, and durability as natural diamonds. The only difference is that they are grown in a laboratory instead of forming naturally underground over millions of years. They are an ethical, sustainable, and more affordable alternative to mined diamonds.

Does my jewelry include an IGI certificate?

We provide an IGI certificate for center diamonds that are 0.50 carats or larger. Diamonds below 0.50 carats do not include an IGI certificate, but they are carefully selected and meet our high-quality standards.

What is your return, exchange, and refund policy?

We offer a 30 day return, exchange, and refund policy from the date your order is delivered. If you need assistance with a return or exchange, our team is always happy to help.
