⚔️ How are your mugs made?

Each mug is individually printed using high-quality printing — the designs won’t fade, peel, or chip after a few long campaigns. They’re microwave- and dishwasher-safe (because no one wants to hand wash after a boss fight).

⚔️ What kind of T- Shirts, Hoodies & Sweatshirts do you use?

Tees: We print on Comfort Colors 1717 — premium quality, heavyweight, soft-washed, pre-shrunk, 100% cotton that feels like your favorite vintage shirt right out of the box. Hoodies: Gildan 18500 Unisex Heavy Blend™ — premium quality, heavyweight soft cotton-poly blend with double lined drawstring hood and a kangaroo pocket. Sweatshirts: Gildan 18000 Unisex Heavy Blend™ — premium quality, heavyweight soft cotton-poly blend. Perfect for long dungeon crawls and lazy Sunday loot sorting. Each item is made to order through Printify, our trusted fulfillment partner, ensuring consistent print quality and high-quality production every time.

⚔️ Sizing Details

T-Shirts, Hoodies & Sweatshirts: There is a size chart and video showing the fit in each of the product ads. Mugs: 11 & 15oz Available. Dimensions are listed in the product ads.

📦 How long does production & shipping take?

All items are made to order to reduce waste and keep prices fair. U.S. orders: Usually arrives within 5–10 business days. Canada: Can take 10–30 business days depending on customs and your location. Fast, reliable delivery.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to U.S. & Canada. If you’re outside the U.S. or Canada, listings may not appear since Etsy automatically hides items that can’t ship to your region. United States: Free Shipping — no surprise fees at checkout. Canada & International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

🔁 What’s your return or exchange policy?

Because all products are printed to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. That said — if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right immediately with a replacement or refund. Just message us with a clear photo and your order number.

🔁 Can I cancel or change my order?

Because all products are printed to order, we don’t accept cancellations or changes. Orders go into production quickly (usually within 24 hours).

💥 My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item was damaged during shipping or has a print defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll handle it fast — no saving throw required. Include: A clear photo of the damage or issue A brief description of the problem Your order number We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
