Do you accept returns or exchanges?

This is the general rule: Because all items are made to order, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not allowed. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. (This includes misprinted items, wrong items, etc.) I will work with my production partner to provide a no-cost replacement or refund. Also, in alignment with my print-on-demand partner policies, returns aren’t allowed for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or deciding you changed your mind. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order. However, as noted above, if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, I will work with my production partners to provide a replacement or refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each item is made to order, with production typically taking 7-8 days. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped within the United States via USPS and usually takes an additional 3-5 business days to arrive. Etsy will provide an estimated delivery window at checkout based on your location.

Where are your products made and shipped from?

My items are produced and shipped by trusted print partners located across the United States. Your order will be routed to the production facility closest to your shipping address whenever possible.

If I order more than one item, will they all arrive together?

Items may ship separately depending on which production partners create your order. This helps ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, I only ship within the continental United States. I do not offer international shipping.

Will I receive a receipt or pricing information in my package?

The receipts and pricing information can be accessed within your order details and receipt through your Etsy account. You can also access this information in your Etsy account.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If production hasn’t started yet, I may be able to update the address for you. Please message me immediately after placing your order.

Can you guarantee a specific delivery date?

What makes the products unique here on Etsy is that they are made to order. Because each item is made to order, I cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. However, Etsy will provide the most accurate estimated arrival window during checkout based on your location.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order through your Etsy account. Once your item ships, you'll be able to view the tracking information there.
