EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exception – Custom & Modified Items
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
This includes, without limitation:

- Chains cut to a specific length upon request

- Laser engraving or custom markings

- Any item modified at the buyer’s request

- Custom configurations not suitable for resale

Once production or modification has begun, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This exception does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods.
