How do I place my designs on your mockups?

I make video tutorials covering the 3 options (Canva, Photoshop, Photopea) for placing your designs on my mockups which are included with your orders.

Can I redistribute, share, or sell your mockups?

No, our mockups cannot be redistributed, shared or resold. Shops found doing so will be reported.

I can't find my downloads?

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after your purchase. If you have an account: go to Your Account ("You" circle in the top right) -> "Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. The button will say "download files" in a black box. (You may have to be using a laptop/computer to access the downloads...if you're on a phone you may not be able to see this button as Etsy may not be allowing it ). If you're still having trouble, please feel free to message me!

When should I reach out about a problem with my order?

Please reach out within 7 days of the delivery date in order to resolve any issues with your order. This will give me the chance to resolve issues with your order!

Is a specific software needed to edit the mockup images?

You can use your preferred editing app or program to edit the mockup images, like Canva, Photopea or Photoshop. Our mockups are flattened to make them more user-friendly, so any editing app or software that you can place your design on the mockup can be used.

What size are the image files?

We adhere to Etsy's recommended image specifications to ensure the highest quality presentation of our mockups without experiencing slow upload times or image compression. By using JPG or PNG formats with a minimum of 2000px on the shortest side and a resolution of 72 PPI, and keeping file sizes under 1MB, our images should upload quickly and appear crisp and clear on all devices. Our images are size at 4000 x 3000px and a resolution of 72dpi, or larger. This practice aligns with Etsy's guidelines to optimize listings for both performance and visual appeal.

How to download my digital Item?

➡ If you purchased as a guest You'll receive an email from Etsy with your download links. ➡ If you have an Etsy account Access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases or by following this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases ➡ If you purchased from the Etsy app You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To access your digital files from your account: - Open a browser, go to www.etsy.com and sign into your account. - Click on your account icon at the top right and select Purchases. - Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Can I get a refund if the file doesn’t work for me? Do I get a refund if I ask? What about support?

Due to these are digital instant downloads, refunds are generally not available once the file is downloaded. However, your satisfaction matters, if you face any technical issue or the file isn’t working as expected, just message me. I’ll do my best to fix the issue or provide an alternative, whenever possible. To ensure the product meets your expectations, please review the listing images and descriptions carefully before purchasing. We provide detailed information so you can make an informed decision. If you encounter any issues with downloading or using the product in Photoshop, Photopea or Canva, don’t hesitate to contact me!

Can I use these mockups for commercial purposes?

Yes, commercial use is allowed for showcasing your own products. You can use these mockups on: - Etsy or Shopify product pages - Instagram & Pinterest marketing - Client presentations - Print catalogs or portfolios However: You cannot resell, redistribute, share, or offer the mockup files themselves, even with modifications.
