Custom and personalized orders

We offer custom and personalized pearl jewelry, including pearl size selection, metal options, and custom lengths. Each custom piece is made to order and usually requires 7–14 business days to complete. Custom orders involve detailed communication and confirmation throughout the process. Our experienced artisans can help design or create pieces tailored closely to your vision. We use high-end materials and components for every order. Before shipment, we provide detailed photos and videos of the exact pearls and finished piece to ensure a true one-of-a-kind experience (“one piece, one client”). Due to the personalized nature of custom work, custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

Are your pearls real?

Yes. All pearls used in our jewelry are genuine pearls, including freshwater, Edison, Tahitian, and Australian South Sea pearls. Each listing clearly states the pearl type, origin, size, and quality whenever applicable. We carefully select every pearl individually and transparently disclose natural characteristics and surface variations. No two real pearls are ever exactly alike — these subtle differences are part of their rarity and beauty. We also believe education is part of true luxury. Over time, we help our clients understand pearl grading, nacre quality, luster, and how to recognize collector-level pearls. With experience, many naturally develop the eye of a collector.

How do you select your pearls?

Our freshwater pearls are carefully hand-selected one by one directly from source farms. For saltwater pearls, we work with suppliers connected to the same sourcing network as Paspaley, and we regularly source pearls through major pearl auctions and trade shows in Japan each year. We select pearls based on luster, nacre quality, surface, shape, and overall harmony. Only pearls that meet our standards are used in our designs. Every finished piece is carefully inspected before shipment.

How long will it take to make and ship my order?

• Ready-to-ship items: shipped within 2–5 business days • Made-to-order / custom items: 7–14 business days for production All orders are shipped from Shanghai or Hong Kong, China. Estimated delivery times: * United States: approximately 7–10 business days * Europe: approximately 7–14 business days * Most other countries: approximately 10–14 business days We work with professional international shipping carriers and customs clearance partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery worldwide. All listed prices already include shipping costs. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We gladly accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition. Custom or personalized orders are final sale, unless there is a defect or quality issue.

How can I extend the life and luster of my pearls?

Proper care significantly slows aging and helps preserve luminosity. Recommended care: wipe gently after wearing avoid perfume, alcohol, hairspray, and harsh chemicals store separately from hard jewelry avoid extreme dryness or heat use professional pearl gloves or pearl polishing cloths for maintenance wear pearls regularly but carefully Pearls benefit from balanced natural moisture and gentle handling.

Why are collector-level pearls more expensive?

High-end pearls are rare because only a very small percentage develop: exceptional nacre quality balanced shape strong luster refined surface harmonious overtone At the collector level, pearls are selected not only by grading standards, but also by emotional presence, light quality, and aesthetic character. That is why no two truly exceptional pearls are ever exactly the same.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes. All orders are carefully packaged in a premium jewelry box suitable for gifting. For orders over $1800 USD, we offer a complimentary luxury handwritten gift card created by a professional calligraphy artist. You may leave the recipient’s name, your message, or tell us who this special piece is meant for — we would be honored to help create a thoughtful and elevated gifting experience. What’s the difference between freshwater pearls and saltwater pearls?

Freshwater and saltwater pearls are formed in very different environments, which directly affects their nacre structure, luster, aging process, and rarity. Saltwater pearls — especially Australian South Sea pearls — generally develop a deeper, more layered nacre with stronger luminosity and a more refined glow. Freshwater pearls can also be beautiful, but their texture and aging characteristics are different.
