Made to Measure (Clothing):
As made to measure orders are produced following the provided measurements, I unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund. However, in case of any problems which arise with the fitting, I will offer free alterations- this will most likely not be needed, as the custom orders I provide fit perfectly.

Returns (UK):
Returns are accepted within 14 days as long as the item is undamaged, with tags and in an unused condition. The buyer is required to pay return postage. If an item is lost, and was not tracked, I cannot take responsibility for the loss, therefore the recommendation is to select the trackable delivery option for any returns.

International Shipping :
I dispatch everything using the Royal Mail tracking service, and I'll provide the tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Please contact me for specific shipping costs if you are an international buyer and require expedited shipping.

International Returns:
Please select and order the right size, or contact me if you need any assistance to select the right size. The buyer is responsible for the return postage if they change their mind or for other reason, please return using a trackable service.
